Outcome

The Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) concluded the total count of votes from Brazil's 2026 presidential election first round on the early morning of October 5. Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) received 47.03% of valid votes, followed by Lula (PT) with 45.16%. The two will dispute the second round on 25 October.
