Outcome

The NATO Summit in Ankara concluded on Wednesday (8 July 2026). Heads of State and Government reaffirmed their ironclad commitment to their collective defence under Article 5 of the Washington Treaty and to the transatlantic bond, and announced more than $50 billion in new procurements and committed to expanding collective manufacturing capacity and working with industry to accelerate innovation.
